We didn’t have high expectations, but this hotel turned out to be perfect for a family road trip. The parking garage is right next door, though spaces are limited—so definitely book your spot when reserving the room. Upon arrival, we parked briefly, checked in at the front desk, picked up the remote for the garage, dropped off our bags, drove in, parked, and walked straight back into the hotel—super smooth. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there are several supermarkets and takeout restaurants nearby. Getting to Schönbrunn Palace and the city center is easy via public transit—just a 5-6 minute walk to the U1 subway station. The breakfast restaurant is cozy and the food is solid, so I’d highly recommend booking with breakfast included. Overall, an excellent choice that exceeded our expectations.

Staying at Lenas Donau Hotel was a great experience! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing night. What stood out most was the convenient location: right outside the tram stop for line 25, making it super easy to get around Vienna without needing transfers. Just a short walk away, you’ll find a Billa supermarket and a McDonald’s, so grabbing snacks or essentials is hassle-free. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel offers excellent value with its central spot and easy access to public transport. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna.

This charming hotel has a bit of history, but it’s impeccably clean and well-maintained. While it’s not located right in the city center, it’s just a short ride away via public transportation—trains and buses run frequently and make getting around effortless. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, so you can easily pick up snacks or essentials without having to travel far. The breakfast spread is generous and varied, with fresh options that made mornings enjoyable. The front desk staff were warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. Despite its quiet location, everything feels convenient and thoughtfully arranged. It’s a hidden gem with excellent value—highly recommend for travelers who appreciate charm, cleanliness, and friendly service.

The hotel is a bit outside the city center, but incredibly comfortable and well-located for transportation. Just steps away from the metro, tram, and train to the airport—perfect for travelers who value convenience. We had a very relaxing stay with excellent room comfort and great cleanliness. The bed was super cozy, and we slept like babies. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a true home away from home. I’d definitely book here again and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

The check-in process was straightforward, especially since we arrived late at night—no hassle at all. While there wasn’t air conditioning in the room, a small ventilation fan helped keep things comfortable during the warmer hours of the night. The apartment itself is well-located in Vienna, just a short walk from major attractions and public transport links. It’s a great choice for travelers who value convenience and a smooth arrival experience. Overall, a solid stay with excellent value for money.

The apartments are located in a decent spot, making it convenient to get around Vienna by public transit. Our unit had been partially renovated—especially the bathroom and kitchen—which made daily living more comfortable. However, out of the two bedrooms, only one had a mattress suitable for a good night's sleep; the other felt too firm and uncomfortable. While the overall rating is modest at 6 out of 10, considering Vienna’s high cost of living, the price-to-value ratio is actually quite fair. It’s a solid option if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay in a central location without compromising too much on basic comfort.

今次入住克林姆施佳斯高档公寓實在是極其糟糕的一次體驗。原本透過一個知名平台預訂了11月18至23日的住宿,到達後發現大廈非常古老,樓梯三層要步行上落,根本沒有升降機。單位門鎖只是普通木門,還有明顯破損,安全問題令人擔憂。房間環境髒亂,衛生條件完全不合格:床褥滿佈污漬,甚至有疑似乾涸血跡,床單散發出濃烈汗味,被單又髒又舊。更離譜的是,櫃檯角落竟有幾雙用過且髏髏的拖鞋隨意丟著。廚房油污遍地,枱面滿是手印和污垢,簡直無法下廚。我多次嘗試聯絡預訂時提供的電話,但始終無人接聽。當晚便決定離開,幸好朋友在維也納幫忙安排暫住。翌日只好重新預訂酒店,完全沒得選擇。直到晚上10點多,業主才突然發訊息說很抱歉,問我們要不要安排清潔阿姨。這根本是敷衍了事!這種情況根本需要全面消毒清潔,連換床褥都嫌少,哪是一個人清潔就能解決?我回覆已把鑰匙放進密碼保險箱,並要求退款,之後便再無回音。平台客戶服務亦表現差勁,最後雖取消預訂,但仍需支付罰款。整件事像一場騙局,絕對不推薦任何人入住,自願承擔風險!」},{

The location is convenient for getting around Vienna, and the apartment is well situated near public transit. However, during our stay, we encountered a few issues that affected our experience. There was a noticeable infestation of small ants in the kitchen—whenever we started using the space, they would quickly appear, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, nighttime was disrupted by a continuous dragging sound coming from a locked technical room nearby, along with occasional noises from adjacent utility areas. While the price was reasonable and the layout functional, the lack of quietness and hygiene concerns make it hard to recommend. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option and can overlook these details, it might still work—but for a peaceful stay, it's better to look elsewhere.

Even though the hotel isn’t located in the city center, it’s just steps from the U1 subway station, making downtown access a quick 10–15 minute ride—super convenient. It’s also only one stop away from the United Nations headquarters, perfect for business travelers or those attending meetings in the area. Right on the ground floor, there’s a fast-food spot and a decent-sized supermarket, so all daily essentials are easily accessible. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—when I mentioned a slight odor in my initial room, they immediately arranged a room change with no hassle. I also appreciated the complimentary milk and coffee available in the lobby, which was a nice touch, especially during colder months. The room itself is well-equipped with a kitchenette including an oven and microwave, ideal for self-catering. Cleanliness was excellent—no issues at all. The interior design feels warm and inviting, creating a cozy, home-like atmosphere. Overall, this was an outstanding stay. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and value.

We stayed here with our family and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel is spotless, well-maintained, and run by a young, energetic team who were incredibly friendly and highly organized. They were super flexible with luggage storage and offered great local tips—truly smart hospitality! The location is perfect: just a short walk from the train station that connects directly to the airport, and easy access to downtown via tram 71 or a quick taxi ride. We also found it super convenient for visiting Belvedere Palace—just a pleasant stroll away. Everything was so thoughtfully arranged, making our trip stress-free and enjoyable. If you're looking for a welcoming, well-located, and efficient place to stay in Vienna, this one’s definitely worth considering.

The hotel staff were exceptional—professional, friendly, and fluent in both English and Polish, making communication effortless. The room was spacious and well-equipped with clean towels, a tea-making set, and basic toiletries—everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. What really stands out is the location: just steps from the U3 metro line, which takes you to the historic city center in under 15 minutes. It's also only about a 1-kilometer walk to the main train station, where a quick 15-minute ride gets you to the airport. This combination of convenience, cleanliness, and great service makes it an ideal choice whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I’d definitely stay here again.

The location is a bit off the beaten path, but it's incredibly convenient for getting from the airport—just a 10-minute walk to either the subway or train station. That made my travel stress-free, especially with luggage. The area around the property is lively and well-connected, with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes right at the metro entrance. I really appreciated the self-service luggage storage—it’s perfect for early check-ins or late departures. One small hiccup: accessing the apartment requires a four-digit code, which wasn’t shared upfront. My friend and I ended up standing awkwardly at the door trying to figure it out until we finally contacted the host. A little communication gap there, but nothing major. Inside, the apartment was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and induction cooker—great for cooking simple meals without leaving the unit. Everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it ideal for a restful stay. The all-inclusive self-check-in setup works well if you’re used to independent travel. Overall, this place offers excellent value for money and a peaceful atmosphere. If only the access code could be sent in advance, it would be flawless. Definitely recommend for solo travelers or couples looking for a hassle-free, no-frills stay.
