At first glance, the hotel looks smaller than expected from the outside, but the rooms are actually quite spacious and comfortable. I was lucky to get a room with a window overlooking the MRT line and the street—great for people-watching and natural light. I did notice the price seemed a bit higher compared to other options, but when checking the map, it's only about 100 to 300 meters from MRT Blok-M station. That close proximity makes commuting super convenient, especially if you're exploring Jakarta on public transit. The location is quiet yet well-connected, and the overall value feels solid for the convenience and comfort offered.

The only minor downside is that bottled water isn’t provided, but that’s easily sorted with a quick trip to the nearby convenience store. Overall, this place delivers excellent value and comfort—definitely worth recommending if you're looking for a reliable, no-frills stay in Jakarta.
Maven Buncit
This place is not a hotel—it's more like a hazard. The rooms looked like drainage channels, and the toilet resembled a sewer. Bed sheets and pillowcases were visibly dirty, and the floor and walls had serious cracks—definitely unsafe. We booked for three nights but couldn’t stay due to the conditions. We ended up switching to another hotel, only to lose our money with no refund. It was stressful and completely ruined our trip. The staff were unresponsive and indifferent. The photos on the platform were extremely misleading—way better than reality. I can't even stand in the room for more than two minutes because of the unbearable smell. This experience damaged both my peace of mind and my wallet. I strongly advise against booking here. If I had taken photos, I’d have shared them—but honestly, it’s not worth the effort. Stay away.

The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout our stay. Every corner, from the bedroom to the bathroom, felt spotless and well-maintained. The staff clearly takes pride in hygiene and upkeep. It's also conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore downtown Jakarta. With plenty of dining options nearby and excellent value for money, this place exceeded our expectations. Definitely planning to return.
