The hotel lived up to the description—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Located just a short walk from the city center, it's incredibly convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur. The room was spacious, quiet, and had all the essentials we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great value for money and an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers.

I stayed at J Dupion Residence by Greater Stay for one night and was really pleased with the experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the city center and close to public transit, making it super convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials, including a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It’s a great value for the price, especially if you're traveling on a budget or for business. I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to KL. Highly recommend!

This place was a complete disappointment. The bedding and cups were visibly dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor—so bad that I ended up washing and drying my clothes myself. Security felt like a joke; I didn’t see another guest the entire time I was there, and the building felt completely deserted. There’s no front desk—everything is handled via WhatsApp—and you have to go down to the basement to pick up your key. It’s inconvenient and gives off zero trust in safety or professionalism. The overall experience was terrible, and with such low standards, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Definitely not worth the price.

Noise from neighboring units was also an issue, especially during nighttime hours, which disrupted sleep quality. Communication with the host through the platform was slow; responses took too long when I had questions or needed assistance. Despite these concerns, the price-to-quality ratio is fair for a short stay, particularly if you're budget-conscious. With better internet connectivity and improved soundproofing, this property could easily become a top choice for travelers visiting KL.

The hotel feels rundown and poorly maintained throughout. The entire property has a strong lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which is quite unpleasant. Towels were visibly dirty with stains, and the bed sheets also showed signs of grime. We stayed for two nights and received no housekeeping service at all—completely unacceptable. Outside the hotel, the noise level is extremely high—constant traffic, street vendors, and loud conversations made it nearly impossible to rest or sleep peacefully. This place is far from clean or comfortable, and the overall experience was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have no other options.
