The hotel lived up to the description—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Located just a short walk from the city center, it's incredibly convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur. The room was spacious, quiet, and had all the essentials we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great value for money and an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers.

The overall ambiance of the hotel is clean, quiet, and welcoming, with friendly staff who made us feel at home. That said, the location isn’t ideal if you’re relying on public transport or want easy access to dining options. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, and getting around usually means calling a ride. However, there’s a large supermarket just next door, which comes in handy for groceries, snacks, and even quick bites from local food stalls. If you're okay with arranging transportation and don't mind a quieter neighborhood, this place offers excellent value and a peaceful retreat—great for families or anyone looking to unwind without the city hustle.

Located in the heart of Cheras, it’s incredibly convenient for getting around Kuala Lumpur—just a short ride to the city center and full of local dining options right outside the door. The room itself is modern, spotless, and so comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for deep, restful sleep. I especially appreciated the friendly and attentive staff—they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. From check-in to checkout, every interaction felt genuine and warm. The overall vibe is welcoming, and the value for money is outstanding. Honestly, this place deserves every single point on the rating. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit KL.

I only stayed one night at Minsu (Ekocheras), but it was a fantastic experience overall. The hotel is perfectly located near the MRT, making it super convenient for getting around Kuala Lumpur. Being inside a mall is a huge plus—there are so many great dining options right on site, from local street food to international cuisines, so I never had to go far for a good meal. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information that made my short stay even better.
