The Social Hub Berlin Alexanderplatz
I've stayed at The Social Hub in Florence before and really enjoyed it, so I was excited to try the Berlin location—and it lived up to expectations. The hotel is perfectly situated near Alexanderplatz, making public transit super convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was clean, modern, and well-designed with a cozy touch. It’s great value for the price. One small downside: smokers are directed straight to the railing right at the entrance, which feels a bit inconvenient. There’s actually a large outdoor area that could easily be split into smoking and non-smoking zones—this would make the experience much better for everyone. Overall, though, this is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for a stylish, central, and welcoming stay in Berlin.

Staying at Hotel Neuer Fritz for two nights was an absolute delight. The location is fantastic—right next to a scenic river, perfect for relaxing walks or even taking a boat ride. Despite being on a busy street, the rooms are well-insulated; closing the windows completely eliminates any traffic noise, so sleep quality was excellent. The room itself was spotless and very clean—great attention to hygiene. I especially appreciated having a restaurant and cozy coffee corner right on-site, making it easy to grab a meal or a drink without needing to go far. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or any questions. It’s a great blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet central base in Berlin, this hotel is a top choice. I’d definitely stay here again.

AMANO HOME Apartments
Staying at Amano Home Apartments in Berlin was a fantastic experience. Right outside the door, you have access to both a tram stop and a subway station—just a 15-minute ride straight to Berlin Hauptbahnhof, making travel super convenient. The apartment itself is spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with a fully functional kitchen and all the essentials. Even though we arrived after the front desk check-in hours, the self-check-in process was straightforward and worked perfectly as described. The only minor downside is the street noise at night due to its location, but it’s definitely manageable and not disruptive enough to ruin the stay. Overall, this place offers excellent value for money and a great base for exploring the city.
