This lack of transparency made me feel like they’re just trying to scrape by without any real effort to serve tourists properly. In a city as iconic as Agra—home to one of the world’s wonders—how can such basic standards be acceptable? It’s hard to understand how a hotel could open without even wanting to operate it right.
