The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from local cafes, bustling markets, and key attractions, plus it’s well-connected to public transit, making it easy to explore the rest of Istanbul. The room I booked—a standard double—was compact but well-designed; while space was limited, it felt tidy and functional, with a decent-sized seating area, a fully equipped kettle, complimentary tea and coffee, and a very comfortable bed that ensured a solid night’s sleep. The staff stood out: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help—whether it was arranging transport or giving genuine local tips. Most importantly, they made an effort to communicate clearly in English, which made everything smooth. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh, flavorful, and varied, offering both local favorites and Western options to kickstart each day right. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value for money. If you're looking for a cozy, stylish base in central Istanbul without breaking the bank, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Located slightly uphill, this hotel is surprisingly close to the jetty, Ortakoy Mosque, and the main street—perfect for exploring on foot. The staff were incredibly helpful; the front desk attendant even carried my luggage up to my room, which made a great first impression. My room was on the lower level, but it had a window that I could open most of the time, allowing fresh air to circulate and keeping the space comfortable without needing constant AC. Despite being tucked away from the main bustle, it’s still within walking distance of everything worth seeing. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and I’d definitely stay here again if given the chance. A true gem in Ortakoy with excellent value and charm.

One small note: the kitchenware in my room wasn’t very extensive—missing items like wine glasses, juice glasses, and soup bowls. However, when I mentioned it, they kindly brought them over right away. That kind of quick response really stood out. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and the value for money is unbeatable. I'm always impressed by Turkish hotels when traveling, and this stay at Cheya Beşiktaş Istanbul Bosphorus City Center Hotel & Suites was no exception. From the moment we arrived at the airport, everything felt premium—the transfer was arranged with a spacious, sleek minibus featuring plush seating, a small table, ambient lighting, chilled water, and soothing Turkish music playing in the background. It set the tone for an excellent experience right away. Check-in was quick and seamless, and staff even escorted us to our room and personally delivered our luggage—such a thoughtful touch. The elevators are compact but having two of them made access easy and efficient. Daily housekeeping ensured clean towels and fresh bottled water were always available. Each room had its own air conditioning unit and TV, making it comfortable and convenient. Wi-Fi worked reliably in the main bedroom but was weak in the children’s room—though we didn’t mind since we had mobile data. The service team was consistently friendly and attentive. We opted not to include breakfast as there were countless great cafés and restaurants nearby, many with beautiful outdoor terraces perfect for relaxing with a coffee or local meal. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value, top-notch hospitality, and a fantastic location—highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul.
