The hotel has been recently renovated and it shows—everything feels fresh, spacious, and well-maintained. I was a bit disappointed when I arrived to find that my booked sea view room had been changed to a standard room without the view, but the staff handled the situation with great care and offered immediate assistance. The room itself was still fantastic—large, clean, modern, and very comfortable. Located just a short walk from the city center, it’s easy to get around by metro. Despite the mix-up, the overall experience was excellent, and I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is perfectly located—just a short metro ride to the city center—and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. This was our honeymoon stay, and The One Barcelona GL Hotel truly exceeded expectations. The restaurant had a mixed experience—dinner was okay but service could’ve been more proactive. We waited a while before anyone brought the wine list, and we had to ask directly after ordering food.
