I booked well in advance, and called the day before to confirm my dates—only to be told the hotel was closed for renovations. This information was never communicated through the online booking system or to me directly. The management suggested I stay at another property, but it turned out to be dirty and unpleasant. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and unreliable service made this experience extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs—zero stars.
