Every team member was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable—even when requests were unusual. The day manager stood out: kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi. It’s already becoming our go-to base whenever we come to the city. Just steps from the front door, there’s a lively local market with fresh produce, spices, and snacks. The Krishna Pharmacy around the corner is fantastic, and the Misthi Doi from Mother Dairy? Absolutely delicious—worth trying if you’re a fan of sweet yogurt. We bought fruits and essentials just minutes away, which made daily life so convenient. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and spacious. One small note: as Americans, we usually prefer top sheets for sleeping, and once we asked, they provided them without delay. A simple request, but the prompt attention shows how guest-focused they really are. Overall, an exceptional experience with outstanding value.
