We recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Guangzhou City Centre with our family during a trip to Guangzhou, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! We booked four rooms for two nights, accommodating eight adults and two infants. The hotel kindly upgraded two of our rooms, which made a big difference in comfort and space—truly appreciated. Located right in the heart of the city, the hotel offers convenient access to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, having on-site parking was a huge plus since we were traveling by car. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. Two team members immediately stepped forward to help carry baby strollers—such a thoughtful gesture that made our journey much smoother with little ones in tow. Special thanks to Yumi, who handled all our pre-arrival requests with care and professionalism. She patiently coordinated our room preferences and special notes, and her warm, attentive service made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. The hotel is very family-friendly: free cribs were provided, and there’s a small but well-equipped kids’ play area on the 8th floor. Our two young children had a blast playing there, giving us a chance to relax and enjoy some quiet time. It’s not massive, but perfect for little ones to burn off energy. Overall, the level of service, cleanliness, location, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. If we ever return to Guangzhou, this will be our first choice without hesitation.

Staying at Jianguo Hotel in Guangzhou was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the city center, making it super convenient for exploring or commuting. The room was spotless, quiet, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day. Special shoutout to Mr. Lu at reception—he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome. The buffet breakfast was a real highlight: fresh sushi, delicious grilled dishes, hot meals, and a great selection of desserts. Everything was well-stocked, with ingredients consistently fresh and replenished promptly. For under $15 USD per person, you get a fantastic value meal that truly satisfies. If you're driving, free parking is a huge plus—no stress about finding a spot. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations. It’s not just a hotel; it’s a seamless, comfortable experience from start to finish. Definitely a 10/10!

I can't say enough good things about my stay at Asia International Hotel. I arrived in a bit of a panic because I was short 40 RMB for a long and tiring taxi ride, but the concierge, Ricky, stepped out to cover the difference from his own pocket—something that truly doesn’t happen anywhere else. After getting some Chinese yuan exchanged, I was able to repay him right away. The entire staff went above and beyond with their kindness and professionalism. Even though I only stayed one night, the breakfast experience on the 45th floor was unforgettable—vast, delicious, and served with a stunning 360-degree view of Guangzhou. It’s not just a hotel; it’s a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the city, and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine hospitality and top-tier service.

Baiyun Hotel Guangzhou

My two-night stay at Baiyun Hotel Guangzhou was mostly a great experience, though it started with a hiccup. The first night was booked through a platform, and the business twin room had a strong odor that didn’t clear up even after hours of ventilation—seriously affected my sleep. On check-in for the second day, I mentioned the issue to Ms. Li Zhihong at the front desk, and she responded with genuine care and efficiency. She immediately upgraded me to a superior executive twin room on the 28th floor (room 2823), which made a huge difference. The room was spotless, bright, and well-maintained—exactly what I needed after a rough start. The housekeeping staff were friendly and responsive, always ready to assist. Breakfast at the 30th-floor buffet was excellent—wide variety, good quality, and well-organized despite the high turnout. The rooftop fitness center, sauna, and swimming pool are top-notch: clean, spacious, and professionally managed. Overall, the hotel exceeded expectations in many ways. Kudos to the team for turning a negative into a positive. Keep up the great work!

We waited about 15 minutes to get our room, but the team kept us informed and never rushed us. The room itself is spacious, well-furnished, and packed with all the essentials. Though the window faces a street, the soundproofing is excellent—no traffic noise or disturbance from neighboring rooms. My international friend, visiting Guangzhou for the first time, felt completely at ease and appreciated the comfortable stay.
