Kristina welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality—she even took the time to guide us around Prague, sharing great recommendations on must-visit spots. She speaks fluent Italian, which made communication super smooth and personal. The studio apartment was cozy, spotless, and well-equipped—perfect for a short getaway. What really stood out? The hotel’s adorable mascot—a sweet black dog named 'Nero' who greeted us with wagging tail every time we came back! It added such a special, homely touch to our stay.
