We arrived early in the morning, and he kindly arranged for us to store our luggage in a secure lock-up area so we could enjoy breakfast and a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood while waiting for the apartment to be ready. When we arrived, Jakob greeted us with a smile—he was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. He took care of our bags, gave us great tips on nearby cafes, and later sent a message confirming the apartment was ready two hours ahead of check-in time. He walked us through how everything worked, shared local insights, and even pointed out where to shop and what to see. The apartment itself was stunning—beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Its central location made exploring the city effortless. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches: a chilled bottle of white wine with two glasses, milk in the fridge, premium ground coffee, a coffee pod machine, a variety of teas and herbal infusions, sugar, and two types of breakfast cereals—all left for us to enjoy. It felt like a personal welcome from the heart. We had an unforgettable trip, and if we ever return to Vienna, we’ll definitely book here again.
