Our stay at The Umaid Vilas Royal Heritage Haveli was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Govind went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless and memorable. He personally arranged transportation via taxi and tuk-tuk, making it easy to explore the city without any hassle. The property itself is stunning—spacious 500 square meters with two large bedrooms featuring double beds, perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. While there's just one private bathroom, it’s well-maintained, modern, and clean. The heritage charm combined with thoughtful touches throughout the space made us feel truly special. It’s rare to find such a unique blend of history, comfort, and hospitality in one place. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking to experience authentic Rajasthani elegance.

My stay at Haveli Doongri was absolutely wonderful. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and a perfect start to the day. Located right in the heart of Jaipur, it’s super convenient for visiting all the top tourist attractions. What truly stood out was how helpful the hosts were—they arranged our sightseeing tours and even booked our train tickets to Delhi, all at great rates and with zero hassle. The small pool is ideal for kids to splash around in, though not meant for serious swimming. The property is incredibly peaceful, nestled in a beautifully preserved traditional structure that blends old-world charm with modern comfort. We enjoyed our meals on the terrace, and every dish was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. A special thank you to Siddarth and his team for creating such a memorable experience: watching the sunset over nearby dunes and the serene lake, sharing a warm cup of chai, visiting local temples and farms, and having heartfelt conversations about life and dreams. It felt less like a stay and more like being welcomed into a genuine Indian lifestyle. This place offers something truly unique—authentic, personal, and deeply relaxing. I can't recommend it highly enough.
OYO 11744 Hotel VB Heritage Heights
We stayed here with friends for a two-day getaway last week and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short ride from major attractions in Jaipur. Parking was easy to find—plenty of space available. Upon arrival, we were greeted with hand sanitizer, which showed attention to hygiene and safety. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, offering comfortable seating for guests. The overall atmosphere was clean, neat, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and well-appointed: it had a cozy sofa, a writing table, a comfortable bed, and some tasteful wall art that added character. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotless, with all essentials provided—towels, toiletries, shampoo, soap, and more. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and served with great care. The service throughout our stay was attentive without being intrusive. It’s rare to find such a clean, well-run place with a warm vibe at this price point. We had a fantastic time and will definitely come back. Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort and value.
Hotel Imperial - Jaipur
We stayed at Hotel Imperial during our visit to Jaipur for a photo shoot with a team of six. We were given three rooms exclusively for ourselves, which made the experience very comfortable and private. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and hot water was available from 6 to 11 AM each morning—perfect for early starts. The food was satisfying, the tea was especially good, and the staff provided just the right level of service—attentive without being intrusive. Everything about the stay was excellent, and we’d definitely book again if we return to Jaipur.

Hotel Pink Cozzy
This was an absolutely terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I had fully paid for a three-night stay in advance and tried repeatedly to contact the hotel via email and phone to inform them about my late check-in plans—but received no response at all. The property claims to have 24-hour front desk service, yet when I arrived at around midnight, I was denied check-in. Staff barely stirred from their mats where they were sleeping and told me the rooms were already full—and someone else had already been checked into my room! As a result, I spent two hours wandering through an unfamiliar city at night trying to find another place to stay. It was exhausting and incredibly stressful. To make matters worse, the actual hotel and lobby look nothing like the photos online—way more run-down and poorly maintained. The reality is far worse than the listing suggests. If you're looking for a safe, reliable place to stay in Jaipur, avoid this one at all costs.
