I stayed at Best Western Ratchada Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The only downside was the walk to the nearest MRT station (RM9), which takes about 10–15 minutes—nothing major, but worth noting. The lobby is absolutely charming with a cute, girly vibe—everywhere you look, there are adorable teddy bears, making it super Instagram-worthy. The room itself is compact but well-designed with a modern touch. It’s not huge, but everything you need is there: a safe, a large fridge, and surprisingly, even a microwave—very thoughtful for guests who want to heat up meals. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always smiling and eager to assist. Location-wise, it's convenient for exploring nearby shopping spots and restaurants. All in all, great value for money, comfortable stay, and excellent service—highly recommend this hotel!

Peet immediately helped me contact the airline, made sure I connected directly with their staff, and confirmed that my bag was safely found. That kind of care made all the difference. We also wanted to book a massage, so I found a place online but wasn’t sure about their opening hours or payment options. Again, Peet jumped in—he called the spa for us, confirmed everything, and gave us peace of mind before we even left the hotel. The room was spotless, the location is fantastic—just a short walk from a major shopping mall and super convenient for public transport. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed.
