I booked during New Year’s Eve, and security was outstanding—there were always guards on duty at each building, and access to the elevator required a key card, which added a great sense of safety. The surrounding neighborhood is residential, so it’s quiet and peaceful at night, though there’s some traffic noise in the daytime. The property feels like it's nestled within a small green oasis, with individual building entrances and secure access—all contributing to a real sense of privacy and comfort. One minor downside is that parking is charged separately, but if you're not driving, this isn’t an issue. Overall, it’s a well-located, safe, and thoughtfully designed option with great value, especially for longer stays.

There’s a shopping mall nearby, so everything I needed was within reach—no inconvenience at all. I’m traveling solo, and accidentally left my key in the room when checking out. I was really stressed, but just rang the bell outside and the staff responded immediately—super helpful and kind. I felt bad since it was off-hours, but they still went out of their way to assist me. Thank you so much! 🥲 I’d absolutely stay here again if I ever come back to Sydney!
