What really stands out is the smart layout and spacious feel—especially considering the compact size of most city apartments in Athens. Compared to other options in the area, this place offers better value and a more comfortable living vibe. It's also well-located, just a short walk from public transit and major sights. A solid choice for those who appreciate a home-like stay without breaking the bank.

The room comes with a fully equipped kitchen, which was a big plus for us since we wanted to cook our own meals. That said, the balcony is quite small and narrow—definitely not ideal if you’re looking to relax outdoors or enjoy a smoke. I noticed another available room nearby with a huge balcony, but it wasn’t a studio layout. I asked about switching rooms, especially since my booking was actually more expensive than that one—but unfortunately, the hotel declined. That part felt a bit inflexible. We arrived around 11 a.m., but check-in wasn’t until 2 p.m. However, when we called ahead explaining we had an early flight the next day, the owner kindly arranged for staff to clean the room immediately so we could check in early—such a thoughtful gesture! There’s also an elevator inside, making things easy, especially with luggage. Overall, despite the minor drawbacks, the service, location, and value make this a solid choice. Highly recommend for travelers who appreciate independence and a home-like stay.
