Also, even though the minibar was charged, there was no menu provided—no way to know what was available or how much things cost. It made using the service frustrating. The hotel has good potential, especially with its value-for-money pricing, but a few small improvements in communication and guest convenience would make a big difference. Would consider returning if these issues were addressed.
