The towels were thin, rough, and showed signs of wear after just one use. While the location is convenient—close to Pasundan University and within easy reach of the city center via public transit—the overall experience didn’t match the price point. Poor service combined with subpar hygiene makes this a hard recommendation to give. Management really needs to step up cleaning standards and staff training if they want to improve guest satisfaction.
