Located on a high floor, it offers breathtaking views of the city, and the water temperature is perfectly warm for relaxing. The rooms were spotless, clean, and beautifully appointed, blending modern elegance with comfort. Being just steps away from a peaceful park and shopping areas made exploring Nagoya effortless. Public transport access is excellent, making it easy to get around. This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as one of Nagoya’s top choices. I stayed for three nights and would happily return again—highly recommend!

The location of Meitetsu Grand Hotel is absolutely fantastic—getting around by train, bus, or even on foot is incredibly convenient. The hotel’s private elevator leads directly to the B1 level, where you’ll find HARBS bakery right next to the takeout counter, and just a short walk away is a bustling department store food court and direct access to the underground shopping complex. We stayed in a triple room, which was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the soundproofing—some noise from the hallway could be heard, but it didn’t bother us much. The lighting in the room had a slightly yellowish tone, which made the space feel a bit dim, but again, that’s a minor issue when you consider how central and well-connected the hotel is. For travelers who value convenience and easy access to dining and shopping, this place is a real winner. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nagoya.

Staying at this hotel was a great decision—location is unbeatable. Everything you’d want is just a short walk away: convenience stores, quick-service restaurants, and some of Nagoya’s must-try dining spots are right outside the door. The famous Fukuromachi shopping area is literally next door, and it’s only a 10-minute stroll to the heart of Sakae, with the Rinku Station Exit 12 just a few minutes away by foot. The room was spotless, cozy, and surprisingly spacious—two 30-inch suitcases fit easily, and the bed pillows were perfect for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight: a wide variety of options, from local Japanese dishes to Western-style favorites, all freshly prepared. If I’m ever back in Nagoya, this will be my first choice again. Highly recommend for travelers who value convenience, comfort, and quality.
