Staying at Uinn Business Hotel Shilin was an absolute delight. The location is perfect—right next to a bus stop, making it super easy to get to Taipei New Park in under 20 minutes on foot. It’s ideal for families with kids, as the park and nearby attractions like the Planetarium and Science Museum are all within walking distance. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers great value for money. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Taipei with family—convenient, relaxing, and truly enjoyable.

Staying at City Suites Taipei Nandong was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly courteous and always ready to help—when I asked them to freeze a freshly bought milk roll, they happily accommodated it. Though it wasn’t as frozen as I’d hoped upon retrieval, their willingness to assist was appreciated. Every morning, the housekeeping team greeted me with a smile, politely checking if I needed cleaning, water refills, or trash removal—always considerate without being intrusive. The room matched the photos perfectly: clean, well-organized, and just the right size for one person, or even two if you're traveling together. It’s comfortably spacious without feeling empty. Located in a convenient area with easy access to local eateries and public transit, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I’d definitely book again on my next trip to Taipei.
The Tango Hotel Taipei Nanshi
I stayed at The Tango Hotel Taipei Nanshi back in 2023 and found the hallway and room lighting quite dim, which made the experience uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised when I returned in December 2025—everything had been completely refreshed! I asked the housekeeping staff and learned the hotel had undergone a full renovation, especially improving lighting throughout the corridors and rooms. The difference was remarkable—the space now feels bright, clean, and welcoming. The room was spotless, with excellent attention to hygiene. Even though it’s a windowless room, there was no stuffiness or unpleasant odor, making it very comfortable to stay in. Breakfast was satisfying and well-prepared, though I noticed it didn’t include natto, unlike some other Tango properties. Still, overall, the upgrade in ambiance, cleanliness, and service makes this a standout choice. Great location, excellent value, and a truly enjoyable stay—I’d definitely come back.

Nestled in a quiet alley, the hotel feels peaceful yet is surrounded by convenience: 7-Eleven, Lan Tian Shilin Maternity Care Center, and a shuttle stop for Dahan Takashimaya. The room itself is stunning—wood flooring is spotless, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the large TV adds to the cozy vibe. I loved the spacious bathroom with a soaking tub and huge mirror. Everything is smartly designed: touch-controlled lights and air conditioning make it super easy to adjust. They even provide little snacks for those mid-day cravings, and there’s a water dispenser on every floor. The ambiance is elegant and serene, with thoughtful details everywhere. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the location, comfort, and service make this a top-tier choice. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was a highlight: daily rotating options ranging from fresh pastries to local favorites, keeping things interesting throughout the week. Small touches like complimentary tea, coffee, and comfy slippers made the experience feel truly special. For the price, this hotel offers outstanding value in Taipei. Staying at the City Suites Main Station was such a great upgrade from my previous branch visit—this location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train station and right in the heart of Taipei. I’d just returned from Italy, so my luggage was a bit of a mess. When I arrived for check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful—they let me go straight to my room to sort out my bags and patiently waited while I changed into something more suitable for Taipei’s weather. Last time I didn’t book the Fuhang Soy Milk breakfast, but this time I gave it a try. It was still tasty, though maybe not quite as magical as I remembered—perhaps nostalgia played a trick on me! After staying in Chinese hotels with robot room service, I assumed that just answering the phone would trigger breakfast delivery. Turns out, you actually need to say a few words—lesson learned! One small note: the bathtub was quite slippery, and I ended up taking a fall. Definitely hope they can add some anti-slip measures soon. Overall, though, an excellent stay with great convenience and warm hospitality.
