The Riviera Hotel Taipei
I decided to stay a bit away from the bustling city center, and honestly, it was one of the best choices I made. The hotel is quiet yet still close enough to enjoy local vibes. Right nearby is a small night market where I picked up fresh, delicious snacks—especially loved the freshly made butter donuts that didn’t require any waiting. I also discovered several hot pot restaurants in the area, and trying the milk-based hot pot was an absolute highlight—it was rich, creamy, and so satisfying. I ended my trip on a high note, enjoying every moment before leaving. The only minor downside was the foot massage service just outside the hotel—nothing special, but the exfoliation treatment was excellent and very professional. Overall, this stay was fantastic, with great comfort, convenience, and a real sense of authenticity. Definitely planning to come back.

This was my first stay at a luxury international hotel, and I couldn’t be more impressed. We drove in, but the hotel’s location is fantastic—right next to both Xiaojie Station and Nanjing Fuxing Station on the MRT, making it super easy to get around Taipei. Just a short walk from the hotel brings you to major shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment spots, perfect for first-time visitors exploring the city. The room was spotless, modern, and spacious—especially the bathroom, which clearly had been recently renovated. The soundproofing is excellent; even in the middle of a busy urban area, we slept like babies through the night. We stayed in a triple room with three adults and two large suitcases plus two carry-ons—plenty of space, no crowding at all. Plus, the hotel offers dedicated parking, a huge plus for those arriving by car. With its unbeatable convenience, clean design, and family-friendly layout, this place delivers exceptional value. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Taipei!

With its great comfort, smart design, and unbeatable convenience, this place has already made it onto my must-stay list whenever I return to Taipei.

Located in a prime spot near major shopping areas, getting around via public transit was super convenient. I stayed from October 14th to 16th, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. I stayed in the Tianti Double Room at THE Tango Hotel Taipei Jiantan, and it was an excellent experience overall. The bathroom featured a generous-sized bathtub with a built-in TV, perfect for relaxing while soaking after a long day. The minibar is well-equipped with tea leaves, a kettle, a coffee machine, and capsules—ideal for brewing your own tea or coffee anytime. I didn’t get to use the public facilities, but from what others have said, they’re nice too. Noise levels are average: I occasionally heard faint sounds from next door—like closet doors closing or bathtub drainage—but nothing disruptive. The MRT station is just steps away, so there’s a tiny bit of ambient train noise, especially if you're sensitive to sound. But honestly, I fell asleep easily without any issues. For the location, comfort, and value, this place hits all the right notes.

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It’s clear they care about guest comfort and detail. For both business trips and leisure travel, this place offers excellent value and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again.

While the selection isn’t huge, every item felt thoughtfully chosen and tasted great. The freshly squeezed orange juice stood out as one of the best I’ve had—refreshing and full of flavor. Dining in the morning light created a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that truly set the tone for a wonderful day. The room itself was spacious and immaculately clean, with a large bathtub perfect for unwinding after a long day. The outdoor 'Tian Pan Pool' offers stunning views, though it’s currently not open for guest use—still a small disappointment, but the view alone makes it worth checking out.
