Every team member I interacted with showed genuine care and professionalism. It’s rare to find such consistent attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality. I can’t wait to return.

The lobby on the first floor is beautifully designed with a grand, welcoming atmosphere. Multiple elevators mean no long waits—definitely a plus for convenience. We booked during the week, but unexpectedly found the hotel fully booked that day, leaving only double rooms available. We even wanted to extend our stay by one more night, but unfortunately, the next day was also completely full—really disappointing! Still, the room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. There are plenty of dining options right downstairs, and across the street, you’ll find a 7-Eleven and a Cosme store—super convenient for snacks or essentials. The location and service make it worth returning. My only advice? Book early—don’t wait until the last minute, especially if you’re planning a weekend or midweek trip!

The room itself is spacious enough to easily fit two 28-inch suitcases without feeling cramped. Cleanliness is top-notch—everything looked fresh and well-maintained. Hot water was strong and consistent, and the shower pressure was excellent. Bonus points for the free instant noodles provided each night—such a thoughtful little touch! I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Taipei. It’s a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and value. Highly recommended!
