There’s also a convenient shuttle service to Universal Studios, but if you miss it, don’t worry — the hotel is just a 5-minute drive away, making access super easy. We loved the outdoor whirlpool; fresh towels were always available right there by the pool, so no need to carry anything from our room. The tiki bar and campfire pit have such a great vibe, though we noticed they get pretty packed — would be nice to see more seating options. When we had a toilet clog during our stay, we called the front desk and support arrived quickly to fix it. Super efficient service throughout. I’m already planning my next visit to Orlando — 100% coming back here. I miss the cozy beds and spacious rooms already.
