The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Universal Orlando Resort and close to the outlet shopping area, making it super convenient for both theme park visits and retail therapy. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed—clean linens, modern furnishings, and a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The amenities are solid: free parking, a well-equipped fitness center, and a complimentary breakfast with a good variety of options. Everything is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. This place truly delivers on value and hospitality. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando.

Upon arriving at the lobby to check in, I noticed someone behind me accidentally stepped on a cockroach. Honestly, that moment made me question my choice—had I made a mistake? Perfect location for SeaWorld and Aquatica—the main reason we came. There are two great restaurants nearby, making dining out super convenient. Breakfast was outstanding! I especially loved the mini egg quiche muffins—they were rich, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. One downside? Parking is charged separately. It would’ve been much better if parking was included in the room rate. Overall, a solid stay with just one small improvement needed.
