The property is beautifully maintained—lush landscaping, sparkling pools, and a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our rooms were spotless, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and attentiveness. The only small note is that the windows don’t have blackout curtains—just adjustable shades that don’t fully block out sunlight. This means we tend to wake up early when the sun comes up, but it’s a minor trade-off for such a fantastic stay. Overall, the resort delivers incredible value, especially being so close to Universal Studios. We’ll definitely be back again next year.
