Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Orlando International Drive North was absolutely fantastic — one of the best decisions we made during our trip, even switching hotels mid-way to book here instead. The property is stylish and immaculately clean, with staff who are consistently friendly and attentive. We arrived early on check-in day, and the front desk team happily stored our luggage with a simple tagging system — we just had to retrieve it later after returning from Universal Studios, and it was seamless. There’s also a convenient shuttle service to Universal Studios, but if you miss it, don’t worry — the hotel is just a 5-minute drive away, making access super easy. We loved the outdoor whirlpool; fresh towels were always available right there by the pool, so no need to carry anything from our room. The tiki bar and campfire pit have such a great vibe, though we noticed they get pretty packed — would be nice to see more seating options. When we had a toilet clog during our stay, we called the front desk and support arrived quickly to fix it. Super efficient service throughout. I’m already planning my next visit to Orlando — 100% coming back here. I miss the cozy beds and spacious rooms already.
