We absolutely loved our stay at Mint House Nashville - Music Row! The property is fantastic—spacious rooms that comfortably fit two people, and the location is unbeatable. Right in the heart of Music Row, it’s perfect for music lovers who want to be close to live shows, local bars, and great dining options. The only minor downside was the carpet—it could use a refresh—but overall cleanliness was spot-on. The vibe of the neighborhood is electric, and we found everything we needed within walking distance. It’s a great mix of comfort, convenience, and authentic Nashville charm. Definitely worth it and a place I’d return to again.

Brand new Airbnb with an unbeatable location—just a short walk to Broadway’s entertainment, great dining spots, and the Titans stadium. The modern, clean units are thoughtfully managed by Dawson and his family, offering a personal touch that makes you feel right at home. It’s hard to find a better spot in Nashville for both comfort and convenience. Located in Printers Alley, we stayed for three nights, including election night 2024, and every guest—three couples—left thrilled. We can’t wait to come back.
Sonder the Retreat
Staying at Sonder the Retreat was a really positive experience overall. The unit was spacious and immaculately clean, with plenty of room to move around—perfect for a relaxing getaway. I did notice that since we were on a lower floor, we could hear footsteps overhead in the evenings, so if you prefer quiet, an upper floor might be better. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which is great for unwinding, but it’s not very walkable—especially during Nashville’s hot summer days. You’ll definitely need to rely on transportation to reach restaurants, shops, or attractions nearby. The kitchen had basic cooking essentials, though I’d have liked a few more utensils. Still, the stovetop worked well, and it was nice having the option to cook your own meals. Overall, this place offers great value and comfort, especially if you’re looking for a quiet, home-like stay with room to breathe.

Their response time was impressive, and the service felt genuinely attentive without being intrusive. It’s clear they prioritize guest comfort, and this little touch made a big difference. A 10/10 experience overall—highly recommend for anyone visiting Nashville!

We’ll definitely be back if we ever return to Nashville for another university visit.

The price isn't particularly cheap or expensive—just in line with other nearby options—but when you consider the location and amenities, it's definitely one of the better deals in the area. The convenience of being close to campus is a big plus, whether you're walking or taking public transit. One thing to note: parking isn't free—$35 per night—but there's a budget-friendly alternative—parking at the adjacent public lot and walking back, which saves a decent amount. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I'd definitely stay here again if I'm back in Nashville.

CozySuites Music Row
I booked a stay at CozySuites Music Row for August 8–11, 2025, and was seriously disappointed by the lack of basic comfort and service. The air conditioning never cooled the room below 79°F, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep in—especially during the Nashville heat. Water pressure was consistently weak throughout the entire stay, affecting both showers and kitchen use. To make matters worse, the garage opener was missing entirely; the platform admitted it was 'on order' and instructed us to manually open the garage, which was inconvenient and unsafe. Despite paying for a noon check-in, access instructions were delayed until after that time, leaving us stranded outside the unit. I reached out multiple times with concerns, but received only repeated apologies—with no real action taken, no repairs, no relocation, and no resolution. We ended up spending three nights in unacceptable conditions, which completely undermined the experience. This was a failure to deliver on the most basic expectations promised at booking. For the price paid, this was not just disappointing—it was a waste of time and money. Not recommended.
