I was extremely disappointed with my stay here. The bedding and pillows were stained with what looked like urine, and the entire room appeared to have never been cleaned properly. I took photos to document the condition—there were hair strands and visible stains everywhere. It’s hard to believe such a basic level of cleanliness wasn’t maintained. While the location is convenient for getting around Budapest, there are plenty of better options nearby that offer much higher standards at a lower price. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay, this isn’t it. Save your money and book somewhere more reliable.

However, we arrived right on the check-in time as scheduled, but the room wasn’t ready yet—cleaning staff hadn’t finished, so we had to wait a bit before entering. Also, the daily key return and reissue system felt inconvenient, and the lack of a 24-hour front desk made things less smooth. While the hotel is solid overall, these small issues prevented it from being a perfect 5/5. Would still recommend it, but improvements in service flow would make a big difference.

By the time I arrived at the property, I’d already wasted precious hours trying to resolve something that should’ve been simple. The lack of communication, poor responsiveness, and unwillingness to accommodate a last-minute situation made the experience frustrating and stressful. If you're looking for flexibility and genuine assistance, this isn’t the place. Not recommended.
