The double bedroom features a low cabinet that’s ideal for storing personal items—super practical! Both bathrooms are spacious and designed for multiple people to use simultaneously, which was a big plus during our family visit. Located just 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a charming little local neighborhood with cozy cafés and shops, while a larger shopping mall is only 200 meters away—perfect for quick errands or evening strolls. The metro station is within walking distance, making it easy to explore downtown Budapest. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with fresh bread, local cheeses, and friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Everything about this stay was top-notch—from location to service. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest.

Breakfast space is a bit crowded—probably because the weather kept guests from using the outdoor terrace—but the menu, though not extensive, covers all the basics: fresh bread, eggs, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. The rooftop sauna? Honestly, it's more of a small 3-person hot tub labeled as a sauna. Sharing such a private space with strangers made it awkward, so we skipped it. But let’s be real—getting a well-sized, breakfast-included 4-star hotel in central Budapest for under $100 is incredibly rare. This place delivers on value, comfort, and local charm. A true standout.

Think of the comfort level of a domestic chain like Yaduo: USB charging ports, high-quality bedding, and best of all—they actually provide two bottles of water upon check-in. That’s something you don’t often see in Europe, so it’s a nice surprise. Cleanliness? Flawless. Every corner was spotless, from the bathroom to the floorboards. Location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, with metro and bus lines nearby, making it super convenient for getting around the city. Yet despite being central, the hotel is surprisingly quiet—no street noise or disturbances. The staff were another highlight: friendly, energetic, and professional. The front desk team, especially the young lady who greeted us, made me feel welcome right away. Overall, this place delivers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and value. If I’m ever back in Budapest, this will be my first choice again.

The location isn’t bad, but the lack of convenience in the check-in/check-out process makes it less appealing. If you're visiting Budapest, I’d recommend choosing a place closer to public transit or the city center for better flow and less walking.

Throughout the entire ordeal, customer support only responded with generic, irrelevant templates, offering no real help. By the time I arrived at the property, I’d already wasted precious hours trying to resolve something that should’ve been simple. The lack of communication, poor responsiveness, and unwillingness to accommodate a last-minute situation made the experience frustrating and stressful. If you're looking for flexibility and genuine assistance, this isn’t the place. Not recommended.
