The food quality in the restaurant, bar area, and room cleanliness were all outstanding for the price. Special thanks to Head Chef Mehmet and Bar Manager Abdullah Bey for their exceptional service—it truly made the stay memorable. What amazed me most was how close the hotel is to the sea, offering direct access with such an unbeatable rate. This half-board package is incredibly well-structured and offers fantastic value. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This has been by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had—so filthy and poorly managed that it's hard to believe it exists. The photos online are completely misleading; what you see in the pictures bears no resemblance to reality. The front desk is crammed into a tiny, dark, and dirty little room. The hallway is covered in grimy carpets, with old towels tossed on the sofas and dogs lying right on the floor. When we got to our room, the window was literally taped shut—wind rattled it all night long, making sleep impossible. The air conditioning unit was dangling off the wall, and the bathroom window was also taped up. The shower was filthy, the walls had big holes, the carpet was stained beyond repair, and even the fridge was gross. They added a single bed for my daughter, and every night she woke up covered in bug bites—literally swarmed. We stayed only three days before packing up and leaving. Every day, I had to go back to reception asking for towels and toilet paper, but the cleaner never came—even once. After returning from a full day at the beach on day three, still no cleaning visit, so we just left. This was the first time in our lives we’ve had to abandon a hotel early because of how bad it was. No staff interaction, not even a simple welcome. I asked for a refund, and was told flatly there were no refunds—the boss’s decision stands. I argued that we were misled by false advertising, and showed them photos of the room, the bites on my daughter, and the lack of service—but they just laughed. This place is disgusting, unprofessional, and completely unworthy of any star rating. Avoid it at all costs.

Though I didn't catch the names of the front desk agent and the lobby manager, their kindness and helpfulness made a lasting impression. They offered great local tips and even helped me plan my days. Fun little moment: there was a local sports team staying at the hotel too, and we chatted briefly—really fun and laid-back vibe. The room itself was spotless and beautifully designed, clearly recently renovated. The view from the window? Pure magic—direct access to the Aegean Sea. Sunrise and sunset views were absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was solid—nothing fancy, but the boiled eggs were surprisingly delicious, honestly one of the best I’ve had on vacation! The hotel has its own private beach, reachable via a short shuttle ride. The service was attentive, the beach area well-maintained, and the overall experience relaxed and enjoyable. One thing to note: the hotel is located on a hill, and once you arrive, you’ll realize that getting around Bodrum by taxi isn’t easy—this city really favors self-drive. I regret returning my rental car at the airport; next time, I’d definitely keep it for the trip back. All in all, this place offers an exceptional mix of comfort, service, and scenery. Yahsi Beach Hotel
Stayed at Yahsi Beach Hotel on November 21, 2025—overall experience was disappointing. Staff were extremely unresponsive; we had to shout multiple times just to get someone’s attention. Despite reporting issues several times to Berat Bey, our room was cleaned only once in ten days, and towels were never changed. The hairdryer in the room was broken, and despite informing Berat Bey, it was never repaired. Dinner portions were generous but tasteless—very underwhelming. For the price, this level of service and maintenance is unacceptable. The hotel clearly needs significant improvements in guest care and facility upkeep.
