We've been coming to this hotel for over 50 years, and it's always been our go-to choice. The service, ambiance, and amenities are consistently excellent—everything you'd expect from a truly special place. That said, there's one glaring issue that's making us reconsider future visits: the $63 overnight parking fee. For a stay at this price point, adding such a steep parking charge feels like an unnecessary slap in the face. Even if it's managed by a third-party provider, the cost simply doesn't make sense. It undermines the overall value of the experience. We’ve loved this hotel for decades, but this fee is a real dealbreaker. If they don’t address it, we’ll likely look elsewhere—even though the rest of the stay remains top-notch.

I stayed in a top-floor suite at Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown-Convention Center, and from the moment I arrived, I mentioned to the staff that English isn’t my first language and I sometimes struggle with it. To my surprise, they responded with incredible patience and kindness—no frustration, just clear, warm communication. The entire stay was flawless. The bed and sofa were incredibly comfortable, the room felt spacious with plenty of breathing room, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly—no buffering, no issues. The shower experience stood out: water pressure was just right—not too strong, not too weak—ideal for relaxing after a long day. Noise insulation was excellent; I didn’t hear a single sound from neighboring rooms and slept like a baby. The staff went above and beyond—they helped me find the most affordable way back to the airport, even showed me where the closest bus stop was. So helpful and genuinely kind! Breakfast was an absolute highlight. Unlike other hotels, there’s a dedicated team member who comes around each morning to pick up empty plates—no need to carry them yourself. The menu changes daily, keeping things fresh while still offering popular staples (which are always delicious). This place is absolutely top-notch! While it's not the cheapest option, the quality of the accommodations and services truly justifies the price. The location is perfect if you're arriving from the airport via Line A—just hop off and you're there. It’s also ideally situated for exploring downtown Denver on foot, and you can take advantage of the free 16th Street trolley for easy access to major attractions. The apartment comes with a gas BBQ, plus a washer and dryer right inside—perfect for longer stays or self-catering. Everything is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a great base in Denver, this is definitely a standout choice. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

However, the in-room phone system was a bit frustrating; instead of a direct line, guests are directed to contact staff via QR code scanning, which made reaching room service, bellhops, or front desk staff unnecessarily complicated. Once I managed to place my order, the room service arrived promptly and was actually quite good—worth the wait. While the tech setup could use some improvement, the hotel’s prime location and overall comfort make it a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience and quality.
