I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xu Qingsong from the pool and sauna area, and swimming instructor Bao Xin—their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out. The hotel was incredibly accommodating—after confirming availability, they arranged for housekeeping to prepare the room as soon as possible and even called us around 7:30 AM to let us know we could check in right away. The staff’s flexibility made our arrival so much smoother. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of the hills from the window—perfect for relaxing after a long journey. The location is fantastic: close to public transit, restaurants, and attractions. We easily explored the city within hours of arriving. Everything was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back—this is one of the best stays we’ve had in Dalian.

Right downstairs are restaurants like Zhenghuangqi BBQ, a new foot spa, and plenty of other dining options nearby. A short walk takes you to McDonald’s and the beautiful waterfront area. Dalian itself is such a lovely city, and staying here made exploring effortless. Great value, excellent service, and a really comfortable stay overall—I’ll definitely be back.
