The front desk staff were incredibly friendly—especially one blonde girl with a side-swept fringe who had such a cheerful attitude, and another with dark hair and big eyes who was just as warm and helpful. The housekeeping staff in room 1811 stood out too—she greeted me every time I left the room, kept everything spotless, and even offered genuine recommendations on fun spots around Dalian. After breakfast, walking back into a perfectly tidy room felt like a small daily treat. The breakfast spread was fantastic—huge variety, with both Western and local options covered. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the bustling city lights and catching glimpses of the sea in the distance. Plus, the hotel’s location is unbeatable—right next to a high-end shopping mall and super accessible for public transit. If I ever come back to Dalian, this will be my first choice without hesitation. A truly memorable stay.

The service truly stood out too: special thanks to Yina for her warm, attentive hospitality, always ready to help; and the housekeeping staff who kept the room spotless and welcoming. The location is fantastic—close to the waterfront but still convenient for city exploration. With top-tier amenities, thoughtful family services, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, this hotel lives up to its five-star reputation. We’ll definitely be returning when we come back to Dalian with the kids.

I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xu Qingsong from the pool and sauna area, and swimming instructor Bao Xin—their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. From the ambiance to the service, every aspect felt premium. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dalian.

The hotel was incredibly accommodating—after confirming availability, they arranged for housekeeping to prepare the room as soon as possible and even called us around 7:30 AM to let us know we could check in right away. The staff’s flexibility made our arrival so much smoother. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of the hills from the window—perfect for relaxing after a long journey. The location is fantastic: close to public transit, restaurants, and attractions. We easily explored the city within hours of arriving. Everything was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back—this is one of the best stays we’ve had in Dalian.

Housekeeping came by every day without fail, keeping everything tidy and fresh. Location-wise, it's just 30 meters from Gangwan Square exit D—super convenient. Right downstairs are restaurants like Zhenghuangqi BBQ, a new foot spa, and plenty of other dining options nearby. A short walk takes you to McDonald’s and the beautiful waterfront area. Dalian itself is such a lovely city, and staying here made exploring effortless. Great value, excellent service, and a really comfortable stay overall—I’ll definitely be back.

Everything you’d expect in a modern hotel is here: comfortable beds, well-maintained bathrooms, and thoughtful amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. And having a Biaoyou Supermarket right across the street made grocery shopping a breeze. With great value, top-notch cleanliness, and excellent location, this place truly delivers. I’d absolutely recommend it and will definitely come back on my next trip to Dalian.
