Staying at XiHe Hotel was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was spotlessly clean, warmly decorated, and had excellent heating—perfect for the cooler weather. Located just steps away from Sanba Plaza, it’s incredibly convenient for getting around downtown Dalian, with easy access to the Zhongshan Plaza Metro Station. Everywhere I wanted to go was just a short walk or quick metro ride away. The hotel itself is spacious and easy to find—the front entrance is very visible and welcoming. Everything you’d expect in a modern hotel is here: comfortable beds, well-maintained bathrooms, and thoughtful amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. And having a Biaoyou Supermarket right across the street made grocery shopping a breeze. With great value, top-notch cleanliness, and excellent location, this place truly delivers. I’d absolutely recommend it and will definitely come back on my next trip to Dalian.

The moment I walked in, I could tell this wasn’t just a cute photo op—it’s a truly unique, vintage-style retreat with thoughtful details everywhere. Every corner feels intentional, from the decor to the little touches that make it feel personal and special. But honestly, the cleanliness stood out the most—spotless, down to the last detail. Even the bathroom felt like it had just been cleaned for a new guest. High-quality toiletries, a separate hand-wash detergent, and a giant brand-new roll of tissues—small things, but they show how much care goes into the experience. It’s located right next to the Fisherman’s Wharf, super convenient for parking, and close to all the local attractions. Despite being around for years, everything still looks fresh and well-maintained. My room included breakfast and afternoon tea—both were delicious. The dumplings were flavorful, and the tiramisu was rich and perfect. The host was incredibly kind and even upgraded me to a sea-view room with a private outdoor balcony. Waking up to ocean views and sipping tea while watching the sunset? Unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back—this is more than a stay, it’s a memory in the making.

We only had access to a ground-floor room, which is common in coastal areas and slightly damp, so next time I’d definitely try to book a higher floor if available. The host was incredibly welcoming and always happy to help with any questions. My kids had a blast playing around, and I felt completely refreshed after our stay. A wonderful balance of comfort, location, and hospitality—definitely a place I’d return to.

I booked this hotel well in advance, and I’m so glad I did—everything exceeded my expectations. The property features a charming little garden with a friendly cat, and to my surprise, they even have peacocks and parrots! Breakfast was a real highlight—I could enjoy my meal by the window while watching the peacocks stroll around. The location is excellent: I followed the navigation to Zhongshan Square and found it easy to get there. Friendly Plaza is nearby, and taking Line 5 to Qingniwaqiao Exit H2 puts you right next to the shopping complex. The first floor has an amazing array of local eats—every time I stayed here for three nights, I made it a point to go back for more: steamed buns, squid, skewers—each one delicious. The staff were warm and attentive throughout. While some rooms on the 6th floor of Building B require walking up and down stairs, it’s not a hassle at all. Plus, the building has a fire station on the ground floor, which gives a real sense of security. Overall, fantastic value, great atmosphere, and I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Dalian.

You get your own private courtyard where we grilled fresh seafood—so much fun and very authentic camping vibes. The only thing to note is check-out time at 9:00 AM, which caught us off guard since we didn’t see it clearly earlier. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. Midday was perfect for sunbathing and swimming, while mornings and evenings were ideal for exploring the tide pools. Nearby restaurants are easily accessible via delivery, making meals super convenient. This place truly offers great value and unforgettable experiences—definitely planning to come back.
