We've stayed in Dalian several times before, but this visit to Shiyu · LOFT Seascape Homestay was by far the best experience. The two-story loft layout is perfect for families—spacious, bright, and full of character. The Wi-Fi signal is excellent, making it super easy to stream movies on the huge screen—felt like having a private home theater! All the essentials are here: hot water, washing machine, air conditioning, and everything works flawlessly. Cleanliness is top-notch—housekeeping comes daily, and they even provide disposable towels, bath sheets, and toilet seat covers. The owner upgraded us to a larger room at no extra cost, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Parking is right downstairs, ideal for those driving. Plus, it's just a 5-minute walk to the metro, making access to attractions like Xinghai Square and Laohudai Ocean Park super convenient. The sea view is peaceful and beautiful, and the whole place has a calm, welcoming vibe. If you're visiting Dalian, this is a must-stay. We’ll definitely be back!
