There’s also a lovely rooftop lounge area on the third floor—ideal for relaxing with a drink while enjoying sea views. We only had access to a ground-floor room, which is common in coastal areas and slightly damp, so next time I’d definitely try to book a higher floor if available. The host was incredibly welcoming and always happy to help with any questions. My kids had a blast playing around, and I felt completely refreshed after our stay. While there aren’t as many seagulls as at Xinghai Square, the trade-off is fewer crowds and a much more relaxed atmosphere. It’s perfect for travelers who value quiet and comfort over hustle and bustle. Definitely worth a stay!

I was given a room with floor-to-ceiling windows facing Labor Park—what a view! Waking up to that greenery made the stay so relaxing. Everything is within walking distance: just steps away from the lively South Hill Street and Qiqi Street, perfect for a casual stroll or people-watching. There are several authentic Dalian local eateries and great Japanese restaurants nearby—tried a few, and every meal was delicious. The subway line 5 is literally right outside, making travel around the city super convenient. Don’t forget the nearby Dasha Mall for more dining options. Inside the room, everything is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped—the air conditioning works like a charm. Overall, this apartment hotel delivered a comfortable, hassle-free experience. I’d definitely come back.
