We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Shangri-La Hotel Dalian, and I can confidently say it was one of the best kid-friendly hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The children’s themed room was a hit—colorful, playful, and packed with fun details that instantly delighted our little ones. From themed toiletries to small toys, every touch showed genuine thoughtfulness. Our kids were entertained for hours, thanks to the excellent in-house play areas—perfect for burning off energy without any stress. As adults, we also appreciated the beautifully maintained indoor pool with clear, warm water—ideal for relaxing after a long day. The service truly stood out too: special thanks to Yina for her warm, attentive hospitality, always ready to help; and the housekeeping staff who kept the room spotless and welcoming. The location is fantastic—close to the waterfront but still convenient for city exploration. With top-tier amenities, thoughtful family services, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, this hotel lives up to its five-star reputation. We’ll definitely be returning when we come back to Dalian with the kids.

The bedding was clean and fresh, and the hot water in the shower was strong and consistent—exactly what you’d expect from a high-end hotel. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed. Two elevators mean no waiting, and each room has its own fast, reliable Wi-Fi—perfect for gaming without lag. Bathroom amenities were thoughtfully provided, including a cute kid-sized toothbrush, and the room came with a lovely set of teaware and fragrant tea leaves that I really enjoyed. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to assist with personal needs right from arrival. The apartment is spacious, clean, and quiet—perfect for a relaxing stay. Located in a convenient area, it's close to restaurants, shopping spots, and multiple bus routes leading to popular attractions. Even though my phone had issues and I couldn't upload more photos, the experience was outstanding. Great value, excellent service, and a comfortable home away from home.
