Hailan Home Meisu Apartment (Dalian Venice Water City Branch)
Staying at Hailan Home Meisu Apartment was a fantastic experience. After getting off the subway, it only took a short taxi ride—about 500 meters—to reach the property. I was on the 16th floor in a sea-view room, and right away, I was impressed by the spacious layout. The two 1.8-meter beds were perfect—one for each person—making it ideal for couples or friends. The air conditioning worked great without any noise, so I could take a refreshing nap during the hot afternoon and didn’t feel like leaving until evening. The hotel is just behind the convention center, and walking down to the beach only takes a few minutes. Though electric scooters aren’t allowed past the entrance (which is a small inconvenience), the walk along the seaside was scenic and enjoyable. Heading right along the coast led me straight to Venice Water City—its nighttime lights were absolutely stunning, perfect for a relaxed stroll. When hunger hit, my taxi driver recommended a local food street just under 3 kilometers away. We tried fresh shrimp dumplings and some signature dishes—the flavors were authentic and delicious, and we ended up eating way too much! Later, we rode an electric scooter to see the fountain show at 8:40 PM, which was fun and well worth the trip. Overall, this stay offered comfort, convenience, and unforgettable moments—highly recommend for anyone visiting Dalian.
