The front desk staff were incredibly friendly—especially one blonde girl with a side-swept fringe who had such a cheerful attitude, and another with dark hair and big eyes who was just as warm and helpful. The housekeeping staff in room 1811 stood out too—she greeted me every time I left the room, kept everything spotless, and even offered genuine recommendations on fun spots around Dalian. After breakfast, walking back into a perfectly tidy room felt like a small daily treat. The breakfast spread was fantastic—huge variety, with both Western and local options covered. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the bustling city lights and catching glimpses of the sea in the distance. Plus, the hotel’s location is unbeatable—right next to a high-end shopping mall and super accessible for public transit. Our kids were entertained for hours, thanks to the excellent in-house play areas—perfect for burning off energy without any stress. As adults, we also appreciated the beautifully maintained indoor pool with clear, warm water—ideal for relaxing after a long day. The service truly stood out too: special thanks to Yina for her warm, attentive hospitality, always ready to help; and the housekeeping staff who kept the room spotless and welcoming. The location is fantastic—close to the waterfront but still convenient for city exploration. With top-tier amenities, thoughtful family services, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, this hotel lives up to its five-star reputation. We’ll definitely be returning when we come back to Dalian with the kids.

Housekeeping came by every day without fail, keeping everything tidy and fresh. Location-wise, it's just 30 meters from Gangwan Square exit D—super convenient. Right downstairs are restaurants like Zhenghuangqi BBQ, a new foot spa, and plenty of other dining options nearby. A short walk takes you to McDonald’s and the beautiful waterfront area. Dalian itself is such a lovely city, and staying here made exploring effortless. Great value, excellent service, and a really comfortable stay overall—I’ll definitely be back.

The only minor note is that the hairdryer in the room could use an upgrade—it barely worked. Still, this small issue doesn’t detract from the excellent value and hospitality. The moment I walked in, I could tell this wasn’t just a cute photo op—it’s a truly unique, vintage-style retreat with thoughtful details everywhere. Every corner feels intentional, from the decor to the little touches that make it feel personal and special. But honestly, the cleanliness stood out the most—spotless, down to the last detail. Even the bathroom felt like it had just been cleaned for a new guest. High-quality toiletries, a separate hand-wash detergent, and a giant brand-new roll of tissues—small things, but they show how much care goes into the experience. It’s located right next to the Fisherman’s Wharf, super convenient for parking, and close to all the local attractions. Despite being around for years, everything still looks fresh and well-maintained. My room included breakfast and afternoon tea—both were delicious. The dumplings were flavorful, and the tiramisu was rich and perfect. The host was incredibly kind and even upgraded me to a sea-view room with a private outdoor balcony.
