The front desk staff were incredibly friendly—especially one blonde girl with a side-swept fringe who had such a cheerful attitude, and another with dark hair and big eyes who was just as warm and helpful. The housekeeping staff in room 1811 stood out too—she greeted me every time I left the room, kept everything spotless, and even offered genuine recommendations on fun spots around Dalian. After breakfast, walking back into a perfectly tidy room felt like a small daily treat. The breakfast spread was fantastic—huge variety, with both Western and local options covered. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the bustling city lights and catching glimpses of the sea in the distance. Plus, the hotel’s location is unbeatable—right next to a high-end shopping mall and super accessible for public transit. Since our little one needed an early check-in and most hotels required midday check-in, we were struggling to find a place until we reached out through the platform. The hotel was incredibly accommodating—after confirming availability, they arranged for housekeeping to prepare the room as soon as possible and even called us around 7:30 AM to let us know we could check in right away. The staff’s flexibility made our arrival so much smoother. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of the hills from the window—perfect for relaxing after a long journey. The location is fantastic: close to public transit, restaurants, and attractions. We easily explored the city within hours of arriving. Everything was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back—this is one of the best stays we’ve had in Dalian.

Right downstairs are restaurants like Zhenghuangqi BBQ, a new foot spa, and plenty of other dining options nearby. A short walk takes you to McDonald’s and the beautiful waterfront area. Dalian itself is such a lovely city, and staying here made exploring effortless. Great value, excellent service, and a really comfortable stay overall—I’ll definitely be back.
