The location. It’s unbeatable. Everything within walking distance: shopping districts, local eateries, cafes, convenience stores, and ATMs—all right outside the door. You don’t even need to step into traffic to grab snacks or cash. If you’re prioritizing convenience and accessibility in Kuala Lumpur’s heart, this hotel delivers. Just remember: if you’re looking for a spacious room or absolute silence, you might want to consider alternatives. The location is absolutely unbeatable—right across from TRX, just a 5-minute walk (with about 1.5 minutes spent waiting at crosswalks), and it's only a few more minutes to Pavilion. Cross the street and you're at a 7-Eleven—convenience doesn’t get much better than that. The lobby has a great view, and the room views are equally impressive, especially in the evening when the city lights come on. The facilities are top-notch: the gym is on a high floor with minimal crowds—only two or three people during my visits—and offers stunning skyline views while working out. The infinity pool is a highlight, directly facing TRX, quiet and peaceful with hardly anyone around. It’s perfect for relaxing or even just taking in the urban scenery. Breakfast is a real winner—plenty of options including seafood noodles, rice vermicelli, various porridges, fresh fruits, and snacks. Just note that bathrobes aren’t allowed in the dining area—remember to change into proper clothes. Staff were incredibly helpful: they lent me a power adapter, and when I asked for extra towels and tissues, they delivered them quickly and without hassle. Room amenities are thoughtfully equipped—microwave, fridge, full set of dishes, sink, and dish soap. Not used them myself, but knowing they’re there makes it feel like home for longer stays.
