The front desk is only staffed from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, but check-in is straightforward thanks to a simple and efficient system—no long queues or hassle. It’s clear the team prioritizes convenience without sacrificing quality. Overall, this is a charming, well-located hotel with excellent comfort and service. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Cologne.
