Staying at the main building was a wonderful experience. The breakfast and dinner were both exceptionally abundant, with excellent food quality that truly impressed us. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—especially one team member who spoke Cantonese, which made communication so much easier. They even helped carry our luggage and escorted us to our room, which showed great thoughtfulness. We arrived quite late, and with a mix of elderly and young family members, the hotel went out of their way to arrange a parking spot right by the entrance, saving us from having to navigate a steep slope to reach a distant lot. This small but meaningful gesture made our stay so much more comfortable. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, and we’ll definitely be returning.
