From the main train station, it’s a short walk or just a quick ride on Bus Line 6. Though I’m originally from Hamburg, having lived in Münster since 1965, I still appreciate how well this hotel stands out. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a really cozy bed—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Breakfast was served as a buffet, offering a good variety and fresh quality. The location is perfect—facing the outer Alster Lake, with the Long Row (Lange Reihe) just behind the hotel, offering a great mix of restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, delicatessens, and a bus stop heading toward the train station and Barmbek. I stayed in the annex building facing the side street for the second time, which made it wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The room isn’t brand new, but everything worked perfectly—including Wi-Fi, though it requires reconnecting each time. Most importantly, I slept really well, which is my top priority when traveling. Combined with the unbeatable location and great value for the price, this place is definitely worth returning to.

Despite that, we felt safe throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the overall value for money was excellent. I’d definitely consider returning.
