Vila Lanna

Staying at Vila Lanna was an absolute delight—waking up in a genuine historic villa nestled in a lush, quiet part of Prague felt like stepping into a storybook. The location is peaceful yet incredibly well-connected; public transit to the city center is just minutes away. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. The staff went above and beyond with warm, attentive service—always smiling, ready to help, and genuinely caring. Every detail, from the charming architecture to the quiet garden setting, added to the magic. If you're looking for a unique, authentic, and comfortable retreat in Prague, this place is a must-visit. I can't recommend it enough.

Hotel Meda of Museum Kampa

This hotel is absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of Prague, just steps away from all the main attractions. The green metro line is only a 4-minute walk, and several tram stops are within 3 minutes too. You can take trams 20 or 22, or even the metro, to reach the airport easily. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and included a mini-fridge—perfect for storing drinks and snacks. I loved that we could store our luggage before check-in and after check-out at no extra cost. The staff were a bit reserved and didn’t always greet guests warmly, but the location, comfort, and overall service more than make up for it. One thing worth noting: the breakfast wasn’t to my taste—especially as an Italian, I found it quite unappetizing. But right across the street is an incredible Italian restaurant with amazing wine, pastries, and espresso that rivals some of the best cafés in Italy. Honestly, this place has it all—great vibe, unbeatable location, and a hidden gem of a dining spot nearby. If you're planning a trip to Prague, don’t hesitate—Hotel Meda is a must-stay. You won’t regret it!

Hotel Dap

While not located right in the heart of the city, this hotel is literally across from the Devíčků Metro station, making it just under 10 minutes to reach the city center. It’s a perfect choice if you’re looking to escape the crowds and enjoy a quieter, more residential neighborhood without sacrificing convenience. The breakfast was generous and satisfying, and the gym was well-equipped and spacious—great for keeping up with your routine. A special shoutout to the front desk team—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I’ll definitely recommend this place and come back again on my next visit to Prague.

Pension Patanka

The room was clean and the hot water worked perfectly—basic but well-maintained. I stayed here mainly for the free parking, which was a big plus for travelers driving in. The hotel is located at the very end of the tram line, so it’s a short 4-minute walk from the stop. If you’re okay with that and comfortable navigating the local tram and night bus system, it’s absolutely worth it. The location is quiet and convenient for exploring Prague without being right in the tourist hub. It’s a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers who value practicality over luxury. No frills, but everything works as expected—great value for the price.

Galaxie Hotel

We stayed at Galaxie Hotel as part of a group trip, and honestly, the experience was far from what we expected. The room felt outdated—furniture looked worn, and the bathroom was in poor condition, with tiles loosening and fixtures barely holding together. Dinner service was disappointing: if you arrived even slightly late, there was almost nothing left, and no additional food was provided. The bar claimed to be open until 11 PM, but after dinner, it was locked up completely—no drinks available. Outside the hotel, there wasn’t much to do, especially in the evening. Prague itself is beautiful, but this location felt isolated and disconnected from the city’s charm. The photos online were misleading—very attractive, but reality was a big letdown. We’d definitely choose a hotel closer to the city center next time. It’s not just about comfort—it’s about being able to enjoy the destination, and this place didn’t deliver on that.

Perfect for a large family stay! The Flying Bed Apartment is an ideal choice if you're traveling with kids or a group. Located just steps away from Prague Castle and only a short ride from the airport, it’s incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and transit. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the sense of privacy—no noisy hallways or shared spaces. The kitchenette was a game-changer for preparing meals, especially with young ones in tow. Clean, well-maintained, and super welcoming—the kind of place that makes your trip feel effortless. Highly recommend this gem for families or groups looking for comfort and convenience without breaking the bank.

Prague Hotel Carl Inn Restaurant & Free Parking

Had a fantastic dining experience at this charming hotel restaurant in Suchdol, and it’s definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Prague. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with attentive staff who genuinely care about your comfort and enjoyment. The menu has clearly evolved over the past six weeks—new dishes are creative, well-executed, and thoughtfully presented. The chef seems open to feedback, which shows a real commitment to improvement. I especially loved the local flavors and the fresh ingredients used throughout. Whether you're staying at the hotel or just stopping by for dinner, this place offers an exceptional meal in a relaxed setting. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and authentic culinary experience in the area.

Vienna House by Wyndham Diplomat Prague

The breakfast spread was incredibly diverse and satisfying—there was something for everyone, from fresh pastries to local specialties and hot dishes. While the hotel isn't located right in the city center, it's just steps away from a metro station and a convenient grocery store. A quick 20-minute ride on the subway gets you to the main tourist areas of Prague, making it super easy to explore the historic sites without hassle. The location offers a peaceful retreat while still being well-connected. With such a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value, this stay exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely choose this hotel again on future visits.

City Castle Aparthotel

The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds and sofa bed were both very comfortable, and everything—linens, towels, kitchenware—was clean and in good condition. The location is excellent: just a short walk to the metro, and you can reach the city center in just two stops. No need to rent a car, which made getting around so much easier. The access instructions were clear and helpful. One thing to note: there’s no elevator, and the apartment is on the third floor with stairs from the main entrance. Guests using wheelchairs or with limited mobility won’t be able to stay here. But for most travelers, this is a great option—well-located, tidy, and practical, especially if you're exploring Prague without a car.

Hostel Dakura

Staying at Hostel Dakura was a great experience overall. The location is excellent—just a short walk from both the metro and tram stations, and it’s only about 20 minutes on foot to Prague Castle, which is perfect for exploring the city center. The hostel itself is clean, well-organized, and offers good value for the price. While the space between the lower and upper bunks is a bit tight—especially if you’re sitting up and need to be mindful of your head—I didn’t find it overly disruptive. It’s definitely manageable, especially considering how affordable the rates are. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. For budget travelers looking for convenience and comfort in central Prague, this hostel is a solid choice. I’d definitely stay here again.

Staying at Hotel Schwaiger felt like coming home—located right across from the Chinese Embassy in Prague, it gave me an instant sense of familiarity and comfort. The walk to Prague Castle is just a pleasant 15-minute stroll through quiet streets lined with charming architecture and greenery. The hotel itself sits in a peaceful, beautifully landscaped area, offering a serene retreat from the city buzz. I booked a large suite, and wow—it was incredibly spacious with high ceilings and elegant details. The bed was supremely comfortable, and the room had everything I needed, including modern amenities and excellent lighting. The bathroom was spotless and well-designed. What stood out most was the overall atmosphere: calm, refined, and genuinely welcoming. Easy access to public transit means you can explore the city center quickly and conveniently. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back.

Grand Hotel International - Czech Leading Hotels

Staying at Grand Hotel International in Prague was an absolute delight. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute drive from the castle, making it super convenient for exploring the city center. The hotel has a unique Soviet-era architectural style that gives it character and charm, and despite its vintage feel, cleanliness and hygiene were top-notch throughout. Breakfast was one of the highlights—huge variety with plenty of authentic Czech specialties that really added to the experience. Whether you're heading out by taxi, bus, or even on foot, everything is easily accessible. Excellent value, great ambiance, and a memorable stay overall. I’d definitely come back.
