The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Special shoutout to Babita, the female breakfast chef—she personally prepared gluten-free bread for us just because we mentioned dietary needs, which we took on our sightseeing trips around Agra. It was such a thoughtful touch! The gym and pool were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Plus, there are several great cafes within a 10-minute walk—ideal for coffee breaks or light meals without having to go far. Everything about this hotel felt convenient, welcoming, and well-organized. It’s clear they care about guest experience, and it shows in every detail. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Agra.

Staying at this homestay in September was an unforgettable experience. The host, Ali, is simply amazing—warm, incredibly kind, and highly professional. The room was beautifully decorated with great taste and spotlessly clean; I truly didn’t want to leave. I wish I had stayed longer so I could have tried the delicious home-cooked meals prepared by his wife—definitely a must-try on my next visit! What made it even more special was how Ali kept sharing stunning photos of the flowers on his lovely terrace. It felt like being part of a quiet, peaceful home away from home. The room size was adequate for our short stay, and since this is a budget-friendly property, I didn’t expect anything luxurious. The location is convenient—just a short walk from major attractions like the Taj Mahal, making it ideal for travelers on a tight schedule. Breakfast was surprisingly good—fresh, well-prepared, and offered a decent variety. However, the lack of housekeeping throughout our entire stay was disappointing. We never had clean towels, fresh linens, or even basic tidying up, which made the experience feel less than hygienic. If the staff improved their cleaning routine, this hotel could be a solid choice for budget-conscious visitors who prioritize location and value over luxury. As it stands, it’s a decent option if you’re not too particular about cleanliness.

Special shoutout to Arun and Himanshu—they were absolutely amazing, always helpful and friendly. Sanjeev also went above and beyond to assist us. The whole team made us feel welcome and well taken care of. From comfort to hospitality, everything was top-notch. If you're visiting Agra, this hotel is definitely a strong choice. We’ll definitely come back.

Plus, the hotel is located above a shopping mall, so you have McDonald's and a supermarket right downstairs—perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials without leaving the complex. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout my stay. Clean rooms, reliable service, and excellent value—it’s hard to beat for travelers visiting Agra. Highly recommend this as a top choice if you're planning a trip to this historic city.

I actually think this place deserves a 3.5-star rating. On the bright side, it’s exceptionally clean and located in a peaceful residential area, just a short walk from both the Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal—perfect for exploring the city’s highlights. The young staff were genuinely eager to please, which was nice to see, but they’re still learning the ropes when it comes to hospitality. For example, the wardrobe had only one hanger, and there’s no kettle—something that would’ve been helpful since there aren’t any shops nearby. My room rate included breakfast, and there was a menu in the room, so I was really looking forward to trying an authentic Indian option. But the next morning, I wasn’t given any choice—I was just handed a basic omelette and toast, so I didn’t even bother going back. It’s clear they’re on the right track, but a little more attention to guest needs—like offering variety at breakfast or including small conveniences like a kettle—would make a big difference. With a few tweaks, this could easily become a solid 4-star experience. Overall, it’s a good value stay with great potential.

Staying at Hotel Kant Palace was an absolute delight—just $40 per night (INR 2,500), and I can’t believe the value we got. We checked in on October 2nd, which happened to be a national holiday in India with a long weekend, so most hotels were packed and prices skyrocketed to INR 4,500. Yet this place held steady on their regular rate, took our booking over the phone without any hassle, and even skipped the security deposit at check-in—what a relief! Massey and Kuldeep were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished—photos don’t do it justice. If you're visiting Agra and want a comfortable, affordable, and genuinely warm experience, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be back.

It’s rare to find such a peaceful, thoughtfully crafted space. We couldn’t recommend Garden Villa Home Stay more—it’s truly one of the best experiences we’ve had in Agra.

Prabhat Hotel
This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The staff, especially the front desk personnel, were extremely rude and unhelpful—answered questions with indifference and no courtesy. The fan's speed control wasn't working at all, so I had to sleep with it on full blast all night, even though it was freezing cold. The blankets felt dirty and unclean—definitely not hygienic. To make matters worse, I saw rats moving around inside the room, which was shocking and completely unacceptable. The overall cleanliness and maintenance are seriously lacking. This place is poorly managed, and the condition of the rooms is far below basic standards. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning.
