The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, making for a relaxing stay. We wished we had more time to explore everything the property has to offer—there’s actually quite a bit to enjoy beyond just the accommodations. A complimentary breakfast would’ve been a nice touch, especially compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at where it’s included. Still, the overall experience was excellent, with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Would definitely consider returning.

The front desk staff were exceptionally polite and helpful—Deepali and Bushra were particularly outstanding, always ready to assist with a smile. Amar was another highlight—so courteous and humble, yet always attentive. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, with a great variety of local and international options. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of. This place truly offers excellent value and hospitality. I’d definitely recommend it and will be returning.

On the bright side, it’s exceptionally clean and located in a peaceful residential area, just a short walk from both the Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal—perfect for exploring the city’s highlights. The young staff were genuinely eager to please, which was nice to see, but they’re still learning the ropes when it comes to hospitality. For example, the wardrobe had only one hanger, and there’s no kettle—something that would’ve been helpful since there aren’t any shops nearby. My room rate included breakfast, and there was a menu in the room, so I was really looking forward to trying an authentic Indian option. But the next morning, I wasn’t given any choice—I was just handed a basic omelette and toast, so I didn’t even bother going back. It’s clear they’re on the right track, but a little more attention to guest needs—like offering variety at breakfast or including small conveniences like a kettle—would make a big difference. With a few tweaks, this could easily become a solid 4-star experience. Overall, it’s a good value stay with great potential.

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the evening. It’s easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in the city. If you’re visiting Agra, whether just for a meal or planning to stay, this place is definitely worth a visit—great value, great views, and a memorable atmosphere.

We decided to take a weekend trip to Agra and stayed overnight, arriving around 8 PM after our train was delayed. As we were three girls traveling alone, we were a bit nervous at first. But when we called the hotel, Arbaz—the owner—himself came to pick us up with his elder sister, which instantly put us at ease. We were also starving, so they kindly prepared a homemade meal for us, which turned out to be delicious and very comforting. We had booked a standard room without any special requests—no pickup, no dinner—but they still went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, with an extra blanket, plug-in heaters, and a hot water heater—perfect for the cool evening. To our surprise, there was also free Wi-Fi and a TV, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The family is incredibly warm and welcoming. In the morning, Arbaz gave us great local tips about the city and helped us understand taxi fares—super helpful! This experience truly exceeded our expectations. It’s not just about the comfortable room or the thoughtful touches—it’s the genuine hospitality that makes this place stand out. If you're visiting Agra, I highly recommend staying here.

As it stands, it’s a decent option if you’re not too particular about cleanliness.

Our stay at Lemon Tree Hotel Agra turned out to be a real highlight, especially since the area isn’t very touristy and is quite a distance from major attractions. The restaurant truly saved our night—great food quality, delicious meals, and excellent service. Yes, the price is slightly above average, but honestly, it was totally worth it. Special shoutout to Arun and Himanshu—they were absolutely amazing, always helpful and friendly. Sanjeev also went above and beyond to assist us. The whole team made us feel welcome and well taken care of. From comfort to hospitality, everything was top-notch. If you're visiting Agra, this hotel is definitely a strong choice. We’ll definitely come back.
