As a family-friendly resort, it truly delivers with its fantastic pool area and dedicated kids’ playground that kept my children entertained for hours. That said, I’d love to see one small improvement: offering child-sized toiletries like toothbrushes, slippers, and bath towels. Right now, everything is only available in adult sizes, which made it a bit inconvenient for younger guests. Still, this minor detail doesn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. The overall atmosphere, service, and value make this a top choice for families looking for a relaxing yet fun getaway.

We booked a room with a private pool right outside the door — waking up to that view every morning was pure bliss. What truly made our stay unforgettable was how thoughtful the staff were. Since we had four birthdays during our trip, they went above and beyond to surprise us: the room was beautifully decorated, complete with a special birthday cake and sweet treats. Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at on this trip, this was the only one that truly felt personal and caring. The club benefits are fantastic—free drinks and snacks available on the 8th and 9th floors, perfect for a quick pick-me-up during the day. While breakfast is offered on the club level, I’d recommend heading down to the 4th floor instead—the variety and selection are much broader, with better quality and more options. The indoor pool connects directly between the two floors, making it super easy to move around. There’s also a side entrance near the restroom that leads straight out to the public beach—super convenient for a morning stroll or sunset walk. Just remember to swipe your key card when re-entering for security. And the closest 7-Eleven is just a short walk from the beach access point—perfect for grabbing essentials without detours. Everything about this stay felt seamless, well-organized, and highly enjoyable. A top-tier experience with excellent value.

Best of all, the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to a convenient self-service laundry and the lively Sophon Night Market, where you can feast on delicious local Thai street food. Everything is within easy reach, making it ideal for both leisure and convenience. Highly recommended for travelers who appreciate charm, cleanliness, and a great central location.
