The location couldn’t be better—just a 3-minute walk to Chermside Shopping Centre, no need to drive at all. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. The apartment was spacious and well-designed, with a fantastic balcony perfect for relaxing or enjoying the breeze. Everything you’d need was provided—kitchen essentials, linens, toiletries—no missing pieces. Secure parking made it easy and safe to leave the car behind. Being so close to shopping, dining, and entertainment options without needing a car is a huge plus. This place just hits all the right notes: comfort, convenience, and great value. I can’t imagine staying anywhere better. Definitely planning to return, and this time for a longer stay!

Staying at Chermside Motor Inn was a breeze, especially for us city-newbies who aren’t used to navigating urban traffic—we even walked to Westfield Shopping Centre with no hassle. The room was spotless and well-kept, and we were in room 16, located at the back of the property, so despite being near a busy road, there was almost no noise disturbance. Bonus points for having an Aldi right next door—perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials without having to go far. A great find for a comfortable, convenient stay.

I want to sincerely thank the front desk staff for their incredible patience and kindness. My English isn't very strong, but they went above and beyond to help me with everything—especially one gentleman from Hong Kong who even helped translate the restaurant menu. That was such a thoughtful touch! The chef, KK, is actually Chinese, and he personally customized dishes for us—perfectly suited to our taste. The pizza was delicious, and the yogurt fruit salad was fresh, generous in portion, and absolutely refreshing. A real highlight! The only downside was the airport shuttle: it costs $8 and sometimes waits up to 30 minutes, which isn’t ideal. Taxis to the airport run around $20, which feels a bit steep. Still, despite that small issue, the overall experience was excellent. The hotel is well-located, clean, and staff are genuinely welcoming. If transportation were improved, this would be a perfect stay. Highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort and great service.

Being just a short walk to Chermside Shopping Centre made exploring easy and convenient. At this price point, it’s hard to beat—great value overall. One minor note: the rooms aren’t fully soundproofed, so you can hear some noise from neighboring units or hallways. Also, the balcony had a faint smell early in the evening, which made me hesitant to dine outside—but by later in the night, the air cleared up, and I actually enjoyed leaving the door open for a breeze while sleeping.
